Unlike your telephone's Caller ID function on your telephone screen, the CleanMax Caller ID is quite unique.The way it works goes as follows: The customer calls, and upon the second ring of the customer's calling, the CleanMax Caller ID will appear as a pop up on the screen indicating the customer name and several different categories such as pick up, delivery, other, etc. so that you can quickly categorize and save the reason for the customer's call with a one touch button as a message.
You can also view the customer's information, ensuring that the customer's information is up to date and correct. Our software comes in two versions either a Standard or a Full version. The Standard version caters more towards a simple or basic store that deals mainly with walk in customers. The full version is designed to be a lot more robust and more in line with larger scale enterprises. These could be an outsourcing plant for dry cleaning as an example. It allows stock management down to the tiniest detail. You can place an order directly to your supplier without ever leaving our software. The upgrade also includes the accounts receivable module allowing you to fully take control of your finances. Our full featured Pickup and Deliver module allow you to fully manage every aspect of that side of business. You will be able to track delivery times and customers including being able to print of delivers for that day. Robust routing features allow you to manage pickup and delivery routes to be as efficient as possible. We want to accommodate growing businesses that start as a drop off store to offering full delivery options as well as accounts receivable. You may upgrade from the standard to the full version at any time. No need to wait for any update packages or installation disks everything is done online and effortlessly. There will be no charge for a new password if the license is less than a year old or if it's the same ownership at the same location. However, a transfer fee is required anytime ownership has changed. Arbelsoft has the right to, at any time request the license transfer fee of $350.00 plus a penalty charge of $100 should the customer change the store information under false pretenses..
The license must be transferred anytime a new owner takes ownership of the product or new location by paying $350, Additional training or modifications to the program is available at the hourly support rates.
