CleanMax Caller ID - Automatically Finds the Customer While the Bell is Ringing
- During rush hour, when it is difficult to manage both customer calls and customers within the store, our Caller ID feature is an extremely useful tool.
- Upon 2 rings, the CleanMax Caller ID will appear as a pop up on the screen indicating the customer name and several different categories such as pick up, delivery, other, etc so that you can quickly categorize and save and take down the reason for the customer’s call. You also have the option to view the customer’s information on the Caller ID screen.
- One touch message saver and message alert for pickup and delivery orders or issue the pickup order ticket instantly.
- The message button will turn yellow as a reminder of tasks or requests to be fulfilled.
- Direct access to the customer screen with a one touch button from either the Caller ID or Message window.
- You must contact your local telephone provider to add in a Caller ID service in order for our Caller ID feature to be compatible.
