There are 8 different categories with which to analyze and summarize data for reporting including sales, counter, customers, pick-up & delivery, tickets, prices (with unlimited set up prices), employees & Laundromats. Data can be converted into a 3D bar chart or graph to produce sophisticated reports. Furthermore, reports that you would like to publicize can be linked with e-mails, coupons, and letters.
Statements can be accessed categorically such as by individuals, balance due, or as a summary, and can be printed out in 3 different forms including the preprinted form, the standard form, and a blank form. Any late fees applied will automatically appear on the statement. Consolidated statements can be used for easy automatic batch payment processing and charging. You may also include a message of your choice within the statement.
Built in time card & payroll control
You can easily regulate employee attendance through the built in time card feature, which allows for employees to swipe their card upon entry and upon leaving so that the computer system can record the number of hours worked.
Office Data
CleanMax can store necessary office data specific to your business within the computer system such as your mailing address, alarm number, account numbers etc.
Certain necessary forms such as release and disclaimer forms are available within the CleanMax product. You may modify or create new forms based on your needs.
Cash Control
CleanMax has a very tight and secure cash control feature, with daily closing statements including daily cash shortages, which remain on permanent record.
Dual Cash Drawer Control
For enhanced security measures, Laundromax also uses a dual cash drawer control technology that sets secure and specific access limits to cash drawers for each employee shift so that you can exercise accurate and strong cash control. This feature can support up to two cash drawers.
Create a printable route map
CleanMax is interfaced with Map Point, which determines the shortest distance for going about a new delivery route, and produces a printable route map to guide you in carrying out deliveries.
Double Confirmation
The greatest problem with deliveries is faulty tracking, which leads to missing or misplaced garments, and great customer displeasure. Such confusion can be eliminated with our double confirmation feature, which makes usage of mobile computers. Matching scans of stop tags at the destination and the delivery ticket produces a chime that confirms that the garment is in its correct location. Furthermore, an initial scanning and confirmation produces a chime sound for items heading towards its proper destination, and a different and recognizable sound for those that aren't so as to protect and keep tabs on all garments, and move them into their correct paths and locations.
Print Bag Tag
CleanMax allows for the issuing of printed bag tags, waterproof and sealed for protection, for select customers. Printing bag tags are much neater and longer lasting than ordinary bag tags and costs only half the amount of other tags. The barcode on the bag tags allows for easy customer identification, easy access to all customer information, and greatly facilitates the usage of the quick drop feature of CleanMax.
Stop / Apartment No. in large font
The CleanMax invoice ticket provides the stop or apartment number in large font for easy identification, legibility, and so as to prevent confusion in carrying out deliveries.
Batch delivery confirmation
This feature combines the capabilities of a cordless barcode scanner with an optional memory storage feature in order to quickly scan tickets all at once, upon which all data can be placed on the cradle and entered into the computer system in a matter of moments.
All encompassing valet & route
CleanMax supports both route & valet deliveries. When pressing the valet or route button, you can easily access their respective ticket lists and split the two completely in order to prevent mixing and confusion. Splitting it based on towns (route) or by streets (valet) allows for a more effective and time saving delivery system.
Automatic conveyor control
The conveyor controller is interfaced with the CleanMax computer system. So upon scanning the customer ticket, the account information and rack assignment number will automatically open, and the conveyor will automatically stop at the customer's garments for easy location. In order for you to use this feature, you must do a rack assignment beforehand.
Automatic garment sorting system
The CleanMax computer system recognizes all barcode tags attached to garments on and automatically sorts all garment to its proper ticket. The sorting system greatly saves time and manpower, and prevents garments from being mixed up or misplaced. The system capacity is adaptable to all business requirements. Our system is currently completely interfaced with Metal Progetti. We are in the process of interfacing our program with White Conveyors and HMC Solutions.
Delivery management
Arbelsoft provides a delivery calendar which includes a general list of the number of future deliveries that need to be carried out. The delivery calendar lets you prepare for the job beforehand, making all tasks more manageable. Further, you can also access the specifics of the deliveries.
Interfaced with QuickBooks
Our products are interfaced with QuickBooks, the business accounting software. All customer data, employee attendance data, financial data, etc can be automatically transferred over.
Insufficient Stock - LaundroMax, ShoeMax
Enter the required inventory minimum, so that when you are low in stock on a certain item, the stock quantity will appear in red on the insufficient stock list as a system alert that you need to restock your inventory. You can review or print the insufficient stock list to facilitate making new orders.
Update Stock - LaundroMax, ShoeMax
Update stock, easy to adjust current or adding the new stock by scanning the UPC or SKU code or selecting the corresponding button for the item on the computer screen.
