License Transfer and Application Fee - for Rental Customers When acquiring a store that rents Arbelsoft POS Package or changing partners, the acquirer or new partner must apply to check his or her credits to determine whether the Equipment Rent is sustainable. Arbelsoft will notify the applicant whether the rental will continue within a day.		$500	Buy
License Transfer - for Purchased Customers This applies if you have purchased a POS package, software or renting software. Arbelsoft strictly manages passwords to prevent unauthorized duplication. License transfer is recommended to register changes in ownership, location, etc. Unregistered systems and software are considered illegal copies. No support or annual password is provided.		$350	Buy
All Arbelsoft products require a new password in order to change the Store information. There will be no charge for a new password if the license is less than a year old or if it's the same ownership at the same location. However, a transfer fee is required anytime ownership has changed. Arbelsoft has the right to, at any time request the license transfer fee of $350.00 plus a penalty charge of $100 should the customer change the store information under false pretenses.. The license must be transferred anytime a new owner takes ownership of the product or new location by paying $350, Additional training or modifications to the program is available at the hourly support rates. Please note, Arbelsoft does not support any non-registered, or falsified customer system(s) or software(s) nor offer password.

Arbelsoft requires a database transfer fee to be purchased for transferring, and or converting Database information from one computer to another computer.
