	Would you like to find out about the customer calling you without even picking up or looking at the telephone screen! With the Caller ID feature, you will be able to do just that. Unlike your telephone's Caller ID function on your telephone screen, the CleanMax Caller ID is quite unique.The way it works goes as follows: The customer calls, and upon the second ring of the customer's calling, the CleanMax Caller ID will appear as a pop up on the screen indicating the customer name and several different categories such as pick up, delivery, other, etc. so that you can quickly categorize and save the reason for the customer's call with a one touch button as a message. You can also view the customer's information, ensuring that the customer's information is up to date and correct. The message button will also turn yellow as a reminder of tasks or requests to be fulfilled, so that your employees can tend to all your customers' needs without forgetting. You must contact your local telephone provider to add in a Caller ID service in order for our Caller ID feature to be compatible.
