Unlike your telephone's Caller ID function on your telephone screen, the CleanMax Caller ID is quite unique.The way it works goes as follows: The customer calls, and upon the second ring of the customer's calling, the CleanMax Caller ID will appear as a pop up on the screen indicating the customer name and several different categories such as pick up, delivery, other, etc. so that you can quickly categorize and save the reason for the customer's call with a one touch button as a message.
You can also view the customer's information, ensuring that the customer's information is up to date and correct. The message button will also turn yellow as a reminder of tasks or requests to be fulfilled, so that your employees can tend to all your customers' needs without forgetting.
