  • Track employee efficiency by reviewing the level of progress achieved by each of your employees such as the number of shoes repaired by your employee John, or the number of shoes cleaned by Mary, etc.
  • View which specific tasks or jobs specific employees performed. Useful in case of customer claims or complaints.
  • View lists of jobs to be performed which can be ranked according to priority levels.
  • The system automatically takes finished jobs off of your list of pending tasks.
  • For example, on the image shown, the right side is split into three job categories: repair, alteration, and cleaning. The yellow highlights indicate the specifics of the jobs to be done, so if both alteration and repair is highlighted, the tasks need to be carried out as shown. All of this can be seen quickly and at a glance.
  • The screens are also resortable by header categories such as repairs, alteration, cleaning, ready date, drop date, ticket numbers, customer name, amount due, etc.
  • After clicking on any entry on the list, you can either view specific customer information, or click “Detailed View” to see more ticket details, click “Print List,” to print all entries, or you can click “Manager,” to view a list of the number of jobs to be carried out during the next week.
