Service ID is a feature for all customers of our POS software & computer for Dry Cleaning, Shoe Repair Service, Laundromat and Tailoring & Alteration Services under service contract or warranty. Due to the high volume of service calls, we have implemented a new phone system which enables qualified customers to receive instant technical support during business hours and after regular business hours.
First time users are encouraged to log in to their accounts and creating a service ID. A Service ID allows for customers with a Service Contract or new purchasers under warranty to contact Customer Support directly. Default service ID should be the last seven digits of your store phone number which can be customized or randomly generated. It is available at “Service ID” and “My Account” or if you have any technical difficulties creating your service ID you can call customer service toll free at 877.939.1212 and one of our experienced and friendly representatives will be more than happy to assist you.
* Please be advised that once warranty and/or Service contract has expired, Service IDs will be blocked by the system automatically until service contracts are renewed or purchased. Thank you. Management
