As of April 8, 2014, support and updates for Windows XP will no longer be available, including automatic updates that help protect your PC. If you continue to use Windows XP after support ends, your computer might become more vulnerable to security risks and viruses as there will not be any security updates or patches that will be completed for Windows XP after April 8, 2014. Also, as more software and hardware manufacturers continue to optimize for more recent versions of Windows, they can expect to encounter greater numbers of apps and devices that do not work with Windows XP.

In addition, because Windows XP is no longer supported, if you are still using it after April 8, 2014, you will be considered out of PCI Compliance. Unsupported and unpatched environments are vulnerable to security risks. This may result in an officially recognized control failure by an internal or external audit body, leading to suspension of certifications, and/or public notification of the organization's inability to maintain its systems and customer information. If you are currently using Windows XP, please be sure and plan accordingly to upgrade your systems to avoid any out of compliance risks.

Under these circumstances, the customer support contract does not cover the replacing of Windows XP
However Arbelsoft provides various services to help facilitate the upgrade process.

Terms and conditions are:
-Loan a computer(s) if business has internet.
-Update version.
-Replace new computer simultaneously.
-Customer must send computer(s) to us with insured shipping. Online and local service is not available.
-Customer must provide list of all main hardware and peripherals.
-Shipping and handling and tax will be charged additionally.
-Overnight shipping is available for an extra charge.
-Weekends service is available by extra charge.
-Rental system(s) is free of charge except S&H.

How to process:
Step 1
-Contact us at (877) 939-1212 or (201) 363-1212 Extension 1005 for details and to schedule and check the availability of loaner computer.

Step 2
-Towards the bottom of the page click on Continue.

Step 3
-You will be asked to login. Login using your Arbelsoft.com User ID and Password.
    If you forgot your password be sure to click on the Forgot Password Link.

Step 4
-Once logged in select if you have the Hardware Support such as the Gold or Diamond Package.
    Fill out the form completely. If you select your store from the Drop Down it will automatically populate those fields.
    Once complete you will receive an RMA number.

Step 5
-We will ship you a loaner computer to begin the process. You must notify us once you receive the loaner so that
    we could begin the data transfer from your existing computer to the loaner computer.

Step 6
-Ship your computer along with RMA, Hardware Specification Form, and Payment Check. Package must be insured.
-Please use our loaner computer box for shipping.
-Note: Return UPS shipping label is available upon request.

Step 7
-We will transfer the current data from the loaner computer to your updated computer once you receive it via the internet.

Step 8
-Return the loaner computer in the same box which you received your computer. Package must be insured.
