Arbelsoft software such as CleanMax for Dry Cleaning, LaundroMax for Laundromat, TailorMax for Tailoring Services, ShoeMax for Shoe repair services, and SyncMax, for multiple store management and supervision software requires many passwords such as Initial activation, Store Information Change, Monthly and Annual passwords, Updatesand Upgrades, and lastly additional features which are optional software or modules such integrated credit card, account receivable and garment assembly for Metal Progetti, White Conveyor, HMC and IOWA systems with our own brands such as Asseblemax, Sortmax and iSortmax and Soundmax, Backupmax and the Caller ID module.

Our software requires an annual password even if you have finished your finance payments or purchased our POS Computer systems or Software outright. We would like you to understand that we do this for security purposes and that a password could be generated within a few seconds at our website.

Initial Activation Passwords – All software users – both renters and purchasers require an initial activation password following installation in order to be able to start-up and access the program. Initial Activation passwords are effective until the 25th of the next month following the installation date. Software users should receive their monthly password online either on or before the 25th of the following month. Store Information Passwords – Following a proper activation of the program, you can set up your store information by starting at the top of the main screen. This program requires a store information password.

Instructions: Open up the program, and by starting at the front page, first click “Management,” then 09 Setup, then 01 Store. Make your changes and then press OK. This is where the program requires a store information password. To get your password, click “Store Information Passwords” at http://www.arbelsoft.com/support/
getpasswords.php?PasswordType=StoreInformation. Paste your station name from the program into the empty field, and then click Submit. Your password will appear. Paste this password back into the program, then click OK to save changes.
In order to protect your security, any future changes made to your store information will require a new store information password. Follow the same steps as above in order to safely save all changes. Annual Passwords – For software purchasers – you must receive an annual password. If you do not receive your annual password within a year from your initial activation date, you will not be able to access the program.
Instructions: In order to access the screen that allows for you to enter your annual password, open up the program, start at the top of the main screen by first clicking “Management,” then 12 Utility, then 16 Annual Password.
- Copy paste the station name that appears within the program online at http://www.arbelsoft.com/support/
getpasswords.php?PasswordType=Monthly
- Copy paste this password back into the program, then click OK. This password is only effective for 1 year following the date of your initial activation.
If you ever have issues with your hardware or operation system following your initial activation, please contact us at http://www.arbelsoft.com/
company/help.php for reinstallation instructions.And we will manually issue you a new a password for a remainder of the year long term at which point you will be able to receive your annual passwords online. Monthly Password- For customers who have not yet paid in full or are currently renting our products – you must receive monthly passwords online. If you do not receive and submit your monthly password on or before the 25th of the next month, your will be unable to access the program.

To get your password, click “Monthly Passwords” at http://www.arbelsoft.com/support/
getpasswords.php?PasswordType=Monthly, and copy paste your station name into the empty field provided, then click submit.

Paste this password back into the program, then click OK. Update password - Updates are available unlimitedly for all the users who are under warranty or are enlisted under our “Customer Care Contract”. Upgrade Password – Version upgrades are available for all users at any time. Once you have purchased an upgrade, you can receive your upgrade password whenever. Additional Features - Users implementing their system with any of the following: Caller ID, SoundMax, A/R Module, Remote Backup, Automatic Garment Sorting, can receive their additional features password at any time.
