Upon receiving this information, we will then issue an RMA number via e-mail. This number must be accompanied with any returned products, which must be kept for future reference as well as identification purposes in order for us to replace the merchandise or issue a credit quickly and effectively. In order for an item return to be acceptable it must meet the below conditions:
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned item(s).
Items can only be accepted if returned in the original box and in re-sellable condition.
All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Note:

Sender has a responsibility if the item(s) are damaged without being insured.
Item must be placed in bigger box without any memos, labels on the original box.
Sender has responsibility for return S&H if the item(s) do not pass evaluation.
